Chi siamo

Marana Forni deposita nel 1992 il primo brevetto al mondo di un forno rotante per pizzeria. Oggi fabbrica forni a legna, gas e pellet, sia rotanti che statici, presente in più di 80 Paesi del mondo.

L’idea

Sul finire degli anni ’80 Ferdinando Marana immagina un forno per pizza a legna o gas che giri le pizze autonomamente ed abbia il piano cottura sempre caldo. L’obiettivo è accorciare i tempi di attesa e sfornare pizze sempre cotte alla perfezione, da inizio a fine servizio. Nasce Rotoforno.

I celeberrimi forni rotanti Marana hanno rivoluzionato il mondo della pizza per qualità e velocità del servizio. I fissi sono certificati AVPN sia a legna che a gas. I rivestimenti innovativi si adattano allo stile di ogni locale.
